    Yes, Shattered is safe, I'm using it very often. Just have to pass verification process (phone call). Btw. they're fast, you get codes in few minutes after you pay.

    i tried playspan frist they declined my card and 10sec later i went to shattered crystal and they took it and got kesn code within 5min, also i tried re puting my card info in playspan 5 times and all decline :S
