Shelll quest bug?

I just wanted to know if someone eals got a problem with the shell quest of Lvl 60
i only got the gauntlet but i cant get the other parts
so if someone can help me pls post here/pm me

maybe you need more % on your bar to get those quests activated for the other shell parts ?

No i dont think so cus i already got it b4 on another chr when i had 1% :S
and now im 14% too,so i dont think that the problem is the % of the chr....
