i only got 30 days.. should i send a support ticket about it? or is it some kind of "typo"

Send a ticket in. What's the worst they can do, say sorry and admit to their mistake or just give you the extra 7 days?

You might be lucky when once I bought silver premium and when I had 21 days left it changed to 3 days of bronze.
I sent CS, and I had a lucky reply. They gave me a new silver premium along with a trina and 1500 KC (not 1000 XD)
