Should i play USKO or Steam KO?

One thing you should consider is latency. "USKO", or rather TRKO, is on a turkish server, therefore if you are from europe you will have much better latency than in steamko, and viceversa. Some people do not care about latency or are already used to it after so many years, but it can be really annoying and frustrating trying to combo with 200 ping and see your atacks fail because of it.

That's the only thing that draws me to SteamKO.. Too bad I don't have the time.

I would recommend Steam Ko Cypher since it is ALWAYS active, a lot of people speak english and you can even find some turks who will answer in english. Few +9s, lots of clans, cz is active and wars are fun

steamko, if usko gets a new server they just merge the other servers so for example a server like destan or Midgard with not too many +9;s or +10's gets merged with a corrupt server like diez etc....if new server comes to steamko, and old servers merge nothing will change. all the steamko servers opened on the same day

opening new servers has killed this game..

I don't see why they do it? instead of making a steady income which they can , if they stop opening new servers they just try to make the most money asap and don't care if they kill the game
