This is a very very good idea, but the problem would be with items.

they can provide server change scroll but only the character , not the items.

Otherwise everyone would get +11 items on oldest server and change server to CW etc..

Players would sell items/character on current server. Buy cheapest character from any server then goto CWest.

Character trades have always attracted scamming. Only trades you can trust are people who aren't leaving. Those people give a damn what people think of them.

I think level 80 players might not like a flood of 83 coming in.

Bad for K2, they want people to buy PREMIUM to level up.

Bad for Cwest, you can basically buy a level 83 from any server that filled with koxp and transfer to Cwest. I bet those characters are cheap as hell. A friend in beramus sold his level 83 for $100, yes he quit the game, and the number of koxp level 83 in any servers make level 83 worthless beside Cwest.

Good idea but need some tweeks and I doubt K2 would have such PUS item. $1000 for server transfer scroll, without items, without nps, will you do it?
