Skill bar save fix for 20$ ^^

if you name change scroll, for some reason your skill bar saves

Well i natio ntransfered and my skill bars get saved

you won't be able to edit it through the registry, it's server side now, try change it in the registry it will just revert back to your old skill bar though it still saves the registry keys unless theres more other than the ones in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareKnight_Online

Registry works, need to save the skill bars for each server, just did it today.
