the manual way isn't that hard, still proves k2 r too lazy to even fix the simplest of things -_-

i'll shorten down the method to make it easier for u guys if the original one is too hard to understand lol

-log into watever server you are in. eg Ares 1

-set ur skill bar to how u like
-alt tab and run regedit
-find a folder with YOUR USERNAME_Ares1_(which spot ur char is in) 0 = middle, 1 = left, 2 = right

-right click on the folder
-click on permissions...
-click on advanced
-click on Edit
-look for the permission called *Set Value* and tick the box that says 'deny'
-click ok
-click ok again
click ok on the warning
click ok
close regedit

relog and u'll find out that ur skillbar is saved ^_^
