Sleeping as Kassar Hood, and waking as a Ranger.. Thank you KOL TEAM!

First of all; i want to explain what problem i have. Before tuesday server maintenance, my char was kassar hood, 74 lvl at ares server. After maintenance completed, i saw that, my character became a ranger, and i am no more able to use master skills anymore. So, i tried to do master quest again, i collected all items tail of lesath, tail of shaula, fang of bakirra vs vs but, i saw that i have no master quest to do. when i look to quest bar, i saw that 2nd job change [completed], but i am ranger! not kassar hood. So, i decided to write a ticket to kol team, they replied me in 2 days! and said me to talk the gm's in game. Okey, than i talked to gm Jatayu and Blissray, but i could not get a response, they always said me wait and wait and wait! it has passed 6 days but i got no solution about my bug, i dont think anymore KOL TEAM will be able to FIX my problem. i got tired of seeking for another gm's in game. I never could fing SunshineGurl in game, i talked all other gm's in ares, but they could not fix my problem, costumer support says find gm in game, gm's says wait and wait.... so, what should i wait for? wait for a new patch? a new patch will come in next 2-3 months? i lost premium days, i can not use shells, i can not equip my shells, my attack power is 1750 with wolf :S i am not able to pk in game properly! someone SHOULD FIX MY PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY. i am a paying costumer! i pay money for this game!

these are ksc files and i have too many ksc files while i were talking to gm's, if they want i can send them. Also, i submited a new ticket with the ksc files, and waiting a SOLUTION! NOT AN AUTOMATIC RESPONSE!

yes, i changed my gender, and lost my master.. so, how could you fix your problem?
