Thanks for replies guys...but the problem is she dont have windows atm....formatted and restarted due to electricity cut off by fault.....she cant do download with no windows hehe so what i ask is if any one can send a win7 cd copy in letter to her or meet if near her ...thx

Why not go to a PC repair shop and they can just do an installation for about the same amount of cash as it would cost to post one?
