SMS Verification Is Required From Now On To Reduce Cheaters

My personal view : Well this is a great step to reduce cheaters. Now cheaters can not open 5648712 clients At least not as easy as before.

Dear Players


Due to game abusing, we have enhanced "Registration Process".


1. Existing Users
-- If you have already created at least one character in any servers, you may not need to do anything
Note: Some accounts may need to follow the change process (Step 5) if accounts look like "Non-human creation"

2. New Users
-- You must activate Game Account seperately using SMS receive code.
-- The max 3 accounts are allowed for a mobile phone number



New Registration Process
Step 1. Create an account on our website
Step 2. NTTGame sends a verification email
Step 3. Users click the verification URL and NTTGame will activates the website account ONLY.
Step 4. NTTGame provides ONE Free SMS usage (10 N Points Cost thereafter)
Step 5. Users login to website and go to "My Account", and select "Game Account Activate"
Step 6. Type your mobile number, click "Receive Code", and input the code to verify.
Note: Mobile number format (Nation Code Mobile Number)
Please remove the leading zero on your mobile number.



This may be little uncomfortable to some users, but it's neccessary procedures to protect our legit users and
we appriciate your cooperation and supports.

ya just bout to say, theres prob websites to have a temp phone number where u get messages sent too =/
so this will prob not have an affect at all on cheaters

I think it's a good idea. KOKO also has SMS authentication as one of its possible confirmation options, with the addendum that you have to re-confirm your account periodically. It also restricts the phone number to Korean numbers. So little tweaks could be made to NTT's solution to make it more effective. For example, only allowing numbers from licensed countries, or even better, having to set your country in advance and only allow numbers from that country. I don't know about any sites that allow you to receive SMS from a temporary number, but those could be treated like proxies.

Of course this is not the perfect solution but it's a step in the right direction. The best way to deter cheating is to use personal information (for example, send a scan of your ID) so if you used someone else's info then that would be either identity theft or account sharing.

they wouldn't do this because they like proxy users because = more $$$ ntt makes
losing all the NA players would be a major loss to NTT
