Hyper Noah Scroll

Does anyone know if the scroll still works? I bought one today but each time i try to cast it, it says "casting failed" im not sure if theres a wait period, i wouldnt think there is unless u want to trade it, so i wasnt sure if the scroll itself is bugged or not.

cant use it over lvl 60 i believe if ur under 60 then i have no clue whats wrong !!! BugOnline is my guess

hahaha well actually i had it for a long time on Pootie but i never used them, i tried using it the other day but it didnt work, theres no point in merching it cuz it goes for like nothing

Would a hyper noah scroll work if you have premium on the account you are trying to use it on? That could be the problem i honestly don't now. Just my 2 cents.

what descrition for hyper noah ???
maybe you doesn´t work with a premiun active.
Remember , per exemple , platinum premiun gives +100% coin.
so if you have a platinum , hyper noah doesn´t work.

well i got EXP prem, so thats the only one i tried it on. But i tried it on my lvl 83, i should probably just go and try it on my dcz and see what happens, i havent really logged in a while so i'll do that when i get a chance
