if u dont get ur trina submit ticket wait 3 days u dont get it call the california department of consumer affairs google it and just tell them ur situation and tell them u want to file a complaint towards k2network tell them everything bout trina not answering in 3 days and wait hopefully they'll forget to ask if ur a california resident
