Solution to low lvl border war bug

i just reSTATED,(experience points) and now i am able to join the border war, leave 3 stat poitns unused ( the 3 from lvl 45) and ur able to join

it has to be 8 v 8 partys if its an odd number and you join late youdon't get to go
deal with it , theres no bug.

... im not retarded... i cannot even accept the quest... even if its not the right time, and u talk to the npc, it shows u the quest, and tells u about the reward and crap... but whenever i talk to him, it says "you are not suited for small battles like these" and some crap

he's just putting up a solution. some ppl might wan to do the quest for chest or w/e, doesn't concern u.

i dont think many people here are doing this quest to level... maybe one or two times lol. I'd do it for the chest when my main hits 70 if its a diff time than the 70 dungeon.
