Actually, I used Visa gift cards all throughout my playing time on kronos:October-January. If you can still add kc through click and buy, you should be able to use them. Click and buy doesn't require adress verification. They charge you two ammounts under 3$ and ask you how much they charged - it's their method of verification. You check the ammounts charged through the http://vanillavisa.com website. It takes less than 5 minutes. You can buy premium with the knight cash you buy. Plat Prem is 2700.

There is a process you have to do in order to use the Visa gift card like a regular credit/debit card. I believe you have to set up the visa gift card with your address and some other information first. Check the Visa website. I have done it before, but it's been a looooong time. There is also a waiting period while the information gets added to the card (or was when I did mine).
