well i turned in a blue gem today and got rogue shell gaunts +1

not neccisarely ... i turned it in and got a Light Belt of Strength (in game its called Soth of Sorrows) or something of that sort, but its all luck, just like fragments, except the silver gems, those i wanna say will always give a dungeon weapon/shield.
