I sorry then , its just the first time i saw ppl talking about it so i decide to post.
this is the first "light" unique that has been better than it's non-light counterpart. Belt of life has 0 ac 8 health 50 hp and this one has 0 ac 10 health 50 hp 50 mp 20 fr and 30 gr.
Oh , actually , why its calling light belt since its havent LR?

"light" isn't referring to the element, a lot of the new uniques have light in the name, light ring of courage, light belt of life, etc. On most of them, the stats are greater, and ac is less. On this though, there was no ac to lose, but a good bit of stats were gained.
