    Well 2 months ago i got hacked and lost my acc
    I send a ticket to gamersfirst support but at that time they were working on something and could not help
    Today i sent them again a ticket asking for some help on the issue
    I have username,credit card number,ESN codes bought,secret question and original email.
    Do you think that there is a chance of me getting my account back?

    D.O.B would help a lot, I got a hacked account back simply from the d.o.b, but with all that info especially the ESN codes you should be right.

    my old account got hacked but when i registered i put in a random date of birth and now i dont remember it lol

    Sending them a ticket with the payment info used the last 6 months should work, but you will also need to tell them your new email, sq and pw.

    well until now they have interacted with me unlike other times
    i sent them an email with the information i got,i hope they do something about it

    well considering tht they r still working on "NEW" gm tool, he's not gonna get a respond for a while. Even i sent them a ticket 3 months ago to delete my nt receipt, guess what? i still have 'em

    Alex...they said they arent able to delete someone's item from inventory as for now

    Well i think they are kind of retards, i sent them email about my case and they replied
    users are not allowed to change email please log in ur playspan account and change ur password
    NO SHIT SHERLOCK!

    I sent them another mail explaining even more clear that i cannot change it...

    The more info you give them in your ticket the better. I had an account that was still linked to K2 network and needed to get information and password changed. I took like a 2-3 year break and they helped me get everything secured within 24hrs. Thank you so much GamersFirst.
