Special elemental attack

yo everyone,

I found something trying some stuff with my rogue. Using sherion +8, CHD+8 and dual shio+2, while I was killing dts alone, I did a special hit like ice staff (lvl 42 mage skill) animation. It happend 3 time on something like 2 hours.

So, did you know about that? It maybe slow down in pvp and maybe work with dark vane and imir rings?

I can confirm that I have been slowed by Avedon. You get a special effect on your char...can't exactly remember. Happened only once so far.

hehe when I just started I used to think that my fire arrow would cause a big aoe fireball every now and then (lvling at worms and kekoons).
Later i found out that it was random mages passing by and throwing a nova

Anyhow your story could be true so i'd say try to get it on tape.
Best way to try is on a rogue with 0 gr and just r-hit
If you fail at doing that you can assume that there was a mage who ran by and bladed

Already sold that stuff. About hell breaker, when I hit my friend with hb+8 I do the same damage than II+8, but when he use club deff on, I do more dmg with hb.

Not rumor bro. I have myself experienced it. The Avedon affect was something like Glacier pouring out of the axe onto my char and slowing me down. You can actually see it. Very rare though.
