Gaia and piana are the newest servers, only few days old, so you should start playing there (you'll need a premium in order to log in).
As for the website, it's knight.nttgame.com, but just write www.knightonlineworld.com and it will direct you there.

Piana has lots of english players but scattered around, i think someone even made a post about it on here check it out
Dont play , is full of koxpers , all xp slots are taken from big clans , 0 GM's active , i xped 71 lvl at apostole piana imagine that.
