I tried to open a new thread in Market place, but couldn't... I don't know why........
First off I'd like to know why (?).
Anyhow, since this is REALLY urgent, I'll ask it here:

I need a Price Check on a Lvl 73 and 50% on C-West with Personal +7 and:

x2 ROCs
x1 WP
Shell +7/12 str set
20k NP

It's urgent cause I'm doing the deal in a few hours and I need this P/C.
I'm paying 130 USD on it, is it a good deal?

A: Member must have accumulated 50 posts and 90 days since joining, before creating a new thread in market sections.

Even if you accumulate 50 posts, you will not be able to make a new thread in market sections for a while due to your registration date.
