Where do i trade abyss blessing?

does anyone know where to go to hand it in now?

priest minerva if im not mistaken was the npc (justs besides master skaky and falkwine)

Hmm go and try and talk to Captain falkwine...he is bugged i think, i cant do the Seven Keys quest....i cannot do the abyss blessing quest either coz i cant talk to priest minerva...i talk to her and she says something i click confirm and nothing...anyone have any ideas?
