We have resolved the issue that some of our players were experiencing with not receiving the activation code via Hotmail registered accounts. Please try to login to MyKOL and click the "I lost my code" link. Login to your Hotmail account and copy that code into the "code" section in MyKOL after entering your new Secret Questions. If you receive an error that asks to you login and contact Customer Support, please clear your cache in your web browser and attempt to login again. If you still cannot login, try a few more times until you are able to. We apologize for this incovenience as our technical group is working to resolve the login issues.
