Subsections for each server

This crops up every now and again, we had a thread going in the ko4life section and we said that we will not make sub sections for each server.

i have a great idea, we still have general sections for main chat of KO, but we also have sub sections for specific server drama, for example blah blah blah is super duper in akara.... and let the akara ppl chat there, but for the general stuff, they still go in the general sections
