What everyone tends to forget is since Turks have the vast majority of players on the servers there is little incentive for K2 to continue hosting KO. It will be a huge loss of a very profitable revenue stream and since K2 has other games, it might be possible that K2 will ditch KO..just a thought[/b]

Turkey wont only ban knight online.. If i remember it right someone posted a link to a turkish newspaper where it said that knight online with a couple of more games will be banned beacuse of the violence in the "story" gameplay..
But it was only a petition when i saw the story so its now up to the goverment to act.

The article also said it would be banned from cyber cafes, it didn't say anything about a telecom ban or anything like that. So not ALL turks will be blocked, just the ones without home pc's.

I can live with 1 turk here and there on his home pc.. In my eyes its not the turks as individuals who is the problem its the damn cafes that is the big issue here.. Cafes make money from exploites so the can sell the "service" the dupes or whatever.. Down with the cafes and the cheating turks will prolly drop from 80% to 30% immediately..

They have been trying to ban some games because of their violence and in this includes games like KO, GTA etc and now maybe they made up an excuse as in "many turks playing the game".

in the start i really hated turks but after 1.2 years i gotten used to them and actually dont even wanna see em leave ^^

no more turks
+ less cursing
+ less spamming
+ less lag (causse their are no players)
+ less koxp (koxp wont dissapear 100% causse all countries have them)
+ duping (check koxp)
+ 99% will talk english

- who to play with?

- we all have some turk friends thx to ko

on the long run it will do ko much good but for now it will just suck.

better would be to kick k2 and blackmail blizzard to buy usko
