    Hey I haven't received a response from the people who work with support tickets for about 2 weeks now... Anybody else having this problem?

    You just have to try submitting another ticket. I received a response on an issue that I was having. I don't know how their ticket processes work but knowing K2 it is more than likely that your ticket fell through the cracks in their system.

    Off topic: Are you moemoneymaker from xigenon? where have you been man?

    :S dont send multiple tickets yes k2 is having maintenance for customer support tickets and its been a while
    yes there r lots of ppl still in line waiting for response.
    Dont send same ticket over and over again its juts gonna make their job more difficult

    does it actually matter? i mean cmon, even if they answer, it wont help you at all

    Yeah it does matter actually lol... I need them to transfer g1 credits to kc. Btw cloud I'm not moemoneymaker sry

    i actually got help many times. You just need to knw how to send a proper ticket unless u spam then ofc u wont get help

    I have not received a reply from them in the first week. After I sent them a letter every time they remembered to answer me ...

    i had same problem 2 weeks ago,turning g1 to kc and it got fixed in 4 days :/
    i sent 2 tickets though, the second 2 days after the first

    i have had a ticket open since october 26th, yesterday they closed it and said that sorry for the delay, our ticket system is under huge maintenance, we will resolve your issue in the next 48 hours


    we'll see what happens

    They just send tickets back about them having maintenance to me..

    got like 2-3 tickes from them telling me to wait..

    Lol i've submitted 5 tickets since their "maintenance" and every one of them has been closed with no response. Yes im premium.....

    do they ever respond then? i mean last time i send 1 i had after 5 emails finaly a moderator..

    the only thing he said was. closed

    It took em 5 hours to change my G1 to Kc...dunno, maybe i was just lucky.

    Yeah now it's screwed up.. They took my g1 but didn't give me any codes..

    I got a response saying they are undergoing major maintenance in the support ticket system. I don't really know when it will be done though....
