priest impact?

Can a warrior have priest impact?
I have seen several with priest impact+8
but doesnt it have like 190 in reg?

buddy thats an IMPACT +8.....its a 1 handed warrior weapon...no int requirement, the only thing that drops then are bosses and maybe falcons
