target yellow circle ? HELP !!

heyy guys been watching a few pk vids on youtube ad have seen on a few ...when the person targetsan enermy a yellow circle indicates the target ...this is a huge advantage as you can see the person better ....if anyone could help me out in order to do this i would be gratefull thanks (sorry about spelling xP)

yes it is, it's illegal.

theoretically it is illegal

however, practically nobody will care/find out...it's like changing ss skin to cs.

you can do it without risking anything, unless you post pics and someone has a really bad day and punishes you...
