    i think it is 50% never used so dont have personal experience with it

    I made a rebirth +11 elixir and My success rate was no where near 50%. Seems to me like it was maybe 30-40% because I burned more rebirth +1 staffs than I care to think about. But then maybe I'm just unlucky.
