lol long time i dont use irc.
i was trying to register my nickname and type "/nick register" and got banned from server hahaha.
can someone help me pls? what should i do now? do i need to reconnect to the internet to get a new IP?

you are normally g-lined for 30minuts.
after that you should be able to join again..

in quakenet you cant register nicks but you can have a special auth.

do /msg q hello

and follow directions
