As I said, it was an Ultima drop which got removed fairly quick for being so overpowered. It only dropped for the couple first months when Ultima was first introduced which means it hasn't been dropping in the newer servers.

I remember seeing screenshots of it way back in the day, before the fire drake patch. Someone from Ares had it, but I think it was deleted at some point.

If you upgraded an IE it became another different type of earring, at one point it would become a Fire Earring (Goes into the family of Rogue earrings and such)

I've heard rumors, from an unknown hobbit fairytale book, that the IE exists in the old servers... from the long long ago. Before the Turkish revolution, back when K2 was still accepting sexual favors in dirty stalls....

Pff there is at least 4 of them in server. cuz every year the game drops 1 Iron earring so i think there is like 4 of them atm and i know some1 has 2 of them so
