According an article on this site (scroll abit down) http://www.fatfoogoo.com/2009/01/ k2 received 1m$ monthly in 2008 how can they not afford a few employees who monitor the game. Minimumwage 8 hours a day sitting behind a desk cleaning up a game. It couldn't be easyer. Any small business would have been out of business with this much missmanaging. All this wasted potential.. It's allmost a crime how the people running things at k2 and Ntt have in effect completely ruined their own business. Any KO-player got some millions to invest yet?

a sure continuation of profits cant be guaranteed, but the best way to aim for it is by taking actions and measures to ensure the customer feels it is in his or her benefit to continue playing. Aim to please. To take the opposite direction leaves your business destroyed as it has k2 and as it will Ntt in the long run. Laziness is no reason to fail.

You are implying they weren't going to loose the rights to host the game. According to the court notes they were well aware KO wouldn't last forever. They were obviously just milking the game as long as they could with minimum afford.

Also they are incredibly stupid and never actually IP banned someone. The majority of the public has no clue how to change there IP addresses. They couldn't figure out why they banned hundreds of people a day. Then hundreds more would show up the next day.

This has been disscused many times before. The reason why they don't and didn't use IP ban is because all those poor people who cant afford a normal PC and net in their house and playing from an Internet Cafe. If they'll IP ban someone, they'll IP ban the whole Internet Cafe.

And also every kid knows how to change his IP nowadays, and its not hard to google it either >.<
