Well in C-West theirs a lot of +9 items pooping up from no where, and i mean a lot,
anyone can explain?

criticalrain is the weird case of all , he show up 1 day from no where in cw2 cz , without clan without skill with full set +9 plus CS , i were farming with a friends and he was there trying to kill us , it looked like he was trying to learn how to play, even with the +9 set he only kill us with the help of some koexp's that were around. i don't know about the +9 set but the CS was an inject item since we all knew the number of CS in the server and now it show up another one from no where.
