If you like exping or doing quests, then exp it yourself for the fun etc. but if you are PvP guy, just buy it it would be much cheaper.

If you are an English Player , you wont enjoy your game in any other server unless Europe , there quite small amount of player playing in Diffrent server.
As people suggested you here, thats the better and best choice you gonna go .

Go to Europe Spam chat in moradon B> LVL 83 char bla bla bla, or make topic in this forum at Market Section .

I'll also join Europe next months or in 2 weeks.

I find at peak times there is sometimes too many people in cz . It gets a bit too crazy.

I still do believe that Anatolia has the biggest relative-english population, just it's a ghosttown compared to Europa server, can't wait till Anatolia get's merged with some other server, i can't care less which 1 lol.

not even one +10 high class, we got on server 6 cursed +9 (chaos ball, chaos wirinom, bombastic wiriom, Adamant and Sweet kiss nebiros, aztec faun ), but there is quite amount of shard /raptors / chitins 9.

You forgot about my WindForce+9 that got hacked from me and would be easy to trace but still haven't been returned to me...but that's none of my business
