I saw and clicked on him. He wanted a gift card serial number for a present.

What is the gift card and where can we buy it from?

Are the presents edit items?

Its for Gift cards. You could buy gift cards in stores or something back on myko (by stores i mean like real stores, not npc's) and go there to get a random item from a set. The more you paid, the better item you got. (The 'best' items were shards/raptors etc if i remember correctly)
