100 % upgrade scrolls

i have played ko for a long time now and i member hearing a long time ago about there used to be 100% upgrade from 7 - 8 scrolls u could get from find the gm event or shit like that, ne one know if this is true. once and for all do they exist or is it all just myth, and if they do dose any have a screen shot of one
