I see this 5 hour maintenance, and I see deleted cheaters. Unfortunately the cheaters will just make new accounts tomorrow since K2 won't call the cops on them for abusing their network for both fun and profit. Unlike most people I believe that K2 is as innocent a victim as any of us players, but I also think they're acting like a lil old lady inviting a mugger in for milk and cookies while she's handing over her social security money.

well this maintenance will last probly 9 hours. first in 6 hours the login ips gets on they will get on and go off. thne some servers get on and they crash, 2 hours pass all get on and the updater gets floodeed cuz too many ppl getting updated so it all crashes. thne xtrap gets fuked as awlays and start blocking msna nd winamp :/ and it dies and it crashes thne we all get all and th serves lags and goes off without further notice thne k2 sways they fuked it up and gotta repatch the fuked it up and we all get hacked thne they got staff party and with our money and get drunk and pee on the servers and severs off for like 3 more hours til they get dry and some1 gets something erase and they sy was duped will be fun imp they just patching ucz of the non pemmy login hack that makes mthe lose money

yeah, notice how fast patch comes to fix logon bypass. What 2-3 days max? But the tons of other gameplay bugs will remain unresolved. The masses of illegitimate gear will still be pwning you everyday. Goodguns are leaving in unprecidented droves, hell my own clan is essentually dead ATM cause of the in-game situation directly, this is a top 30 main clan and top dlw clan full of 2+ year players all ready to quit now.

The only good ive seen out of this last bout of cheating is the stance K2 has taken with cheaters by permabans (like the communtity has told them all along) Now if they follow up with ip bans to prevent them making new toons, and nail the server fulls of koxpd to 70+ already, and hold no quarter to premium cheaters it might actually stick. Of course fulltime gms and mobs of reliable constables are the only way to keep cheaters out, there will always be cracks and exploits and people looking for them, like anything else deterance lies in fear of punishment. Right now the cheats have no fear.
