In the US the day after thanksgiving is called black friday because its the generally accepted day when retail stores will 'go into the black' i.e, turn a profit. Its the day after thanksgiving because its close enough for people to think about christmas and most of the population has that friday off (baring emergency jobs, and those poor retail employees).
Will KO? I'd doubt it. Something like that requires planning and forethought, not two attributes I've ever attributed to k2.
