Trying to change my SQ in KO

Hello Friends.
i was just changing my accounts info today.
and i came to the SQ..
all i really see is i gotta enter a 8 digit code, i do that and then i can only press (RESET) or (CANCLE)
i press reset.. but it just goes back, and want me to enter 8 more digits, and so on...
im really tierd of this BS because i just bought my gold premium, and my stuff is sealed.. so cannot get it unsealed to resell :S:S

if you press confirm don't you see some red text underneath that lil frame.
some like Your code has been successful changed?

i had the same couple days ago, i kept pressing it but nothing happened and then i saw that text, so just double check it

but the thing is, when i enter the 8'th digit, there i can only choose between Reset or Cancle, i never had this wierd problem before
and no i dont see that thing that u see, red text

and after that the next day i found my self able to press confirm after pressing the 8th nomber
so this is some lagging of the site i think

it might be possible cause i remember reopening firefox & chrome couple of times just to see if it was a browser problem

yes i do, but only when i enter 0-7 numbers and when i enter the 8th number, i can only see reset and cancle!
got any suggestion on what to do?

I believe the answer has been given to you, if it doesn't correct itself after a few days your best bet would be to send a support ticket incase K2 are not awear of the problem.
