Trying to submit a billing ticket...

I was told to submit a ticket to billing section after my last ticket but
as i try to submit the ticket a message appears saying
Texfield 1 required
Texfield 2 required
Tex....3...
Tex...4....
But i have all those texfields filled with the info needed,,,
Anyone here knows wtf i should do???

the knight online website as well as forums have a
error (basically when you press ENTER it bugs the post u are trying to make). Try a different internet brower (internet explorer or firefox, jus switch) and dont press ENTER at all. If that doesnt work lemme know
