Bug Bans?

First of all sorry for posting in this section but others woudnt answer.

Im playing an account in manes for 25 days named MilkyWay and i got banned because of fraud payment made in July , i didnt have this account back then , the real owner used to use it.
Well the real owner told me he never used a fake cc nor anything like that...
Since cs also woudnt answer , i want to know how can i get unbaned ?
Well i also heart that when u double click " Check out " u get baned because of fraud payment , that is a bug ...
Anyone can confirm that bug? , or im the onlyone with that problem?

Btw it was a $10 fraud payment.

Would be gratefull if anyone could answer.

Well after i got hacked 3 times in ares , i gave up ... however im lazy to lvl.

Anyways i didnt buy that account , my friend gave it to me... well i spent time lvling i made 1.5 lvl in 20 days and got some items like ss +5 , smite hamer +7 , rom +1 , ep , belt of life... in manes wich is not that easy...

If i dont get unbaned ill go to logos wich is really probable.

so double click cant bug anything, i talked about that with billing cs, ur ban is for payment from july - i`ve same one :F I`ll need to pay 25$ for that premium to get unbanned, however as we all know its hard to talk with CS and its same hard to talk with C&B so reserve a free month or so to clearing it ;D
