Confirmed! We're not trading these in anymore. Mostly because Ultima Necklaces drop all the time, and Iron Necklaces are rare. The actual necklace is +5% PvP damage which I think is pretty cool. It currently works just like that, so if you put it on, that's the bonus you receive. We're looking at either having the text fixed so it reflects that, or removed altogether. The ball is in Mgame's court right now.
