Yeah you can you just need to contact customer report and provide information on the account. I did this and I did not have any premium.

only way to change secret question is through cs , make a ticket saying you wnat to change your secret question , they look at ip log first , 3rd day you might get response from them asking you about complet accout info , few days ater they will ask you if you have ever purchsed premium using cc or paypal , if cc then they will ask info on that , if paypal then give them the e-mail u used to pay them.... once they veryfy everting they will ask you what whould you like your secret question to be and the answer to it !!!!!!!!!!! -=== THe whole process might take over 15 to 20 days depending on CSReps mood ..... if you have any one that knows some one at ko this my be done in 15 min XD
