If they disbaled it, its because of something(besides them not being able to fix anything so they just disable stuff), pple were being hacked by it.

mmmm.... you can not do anything from your account, I suggest u to try to send a Ticket from another account. Ofc if you ask for the password of that account, you have to prove its your own. Show 'em your purchase history, it can not fail.
