i dealt with stupid shit like that running cs servers whenever ppl thought they were done playing the game they'd go on a power trip and abuse the fuck outta my servers then a couple weeks later they would wanna act like nothing happened

Personally im kinda undecided about the removing warn. You would have to do sumthing wrong in the first place to get a warn, and to get banned because of warn means 10 offences, i dont really see why it should be reduced after a certain period of time. Many people have said which i agree with, you must only start to worry after 60/70%, 10 or 20% isn't anything major and you could have got that for flaming.

On the Vandy thing, im happy that his powers have been removed, there have been a couple of times people have challenged decisions made by him so im glad to see this cannot become a problem anymore.

It is sort of like not letting students graduate from high school or college for pulling a senior prank or something. As long as it does not permanently damage something or cause physical harm to someone, there is no reason to over-react and permanently kick someone. The warns are really nothing and phantom fixed the bans. No harm really done.. and now he has no powers to harm anyone else..

That would be like your parents shooting you the first time you messed up..
