I like this response as to why we didn't ban Vandy. What he did, while absolutely childish and pointless (which I've already told him), did not hurt anything. Had he broken something, things would be different, but all he did was ban a few people, which amounts to nothing more than a "senior prank" type situation that Infat brought up.It is sort of like not letting students graduate from high school or college for pulling a senior prank or something. As long as it does not permanently damage something or cause physical harm to someone, there is no reason to over-react and permanently kick someone. The warns are really nothing and phantom fixed the bans. No harm really done.. and now he has no powers to harm anyone else..
That would be like your parents shooting you the first time you messed up..

vandy was an annoying little kid before he was mod
wasn't happy when he became mod, still don't know how he ever got it.
But have to admit that he did a very good job once he got the mod status... except for this bannings but i can see the fun in it. Lots of people on this forum that i'd like to see banned aswell. ( 3 to be exact :P)
