any latest update news from CSS Character Seal Scroll, can the turkiish kankas can buy the CSS with the kesn code or not anymore ? i mean i see the CSS is still available on Power Up Store but i wonder thats the only way to purchase that scroll by KESN CoDE.

any way to obtain a CSS Character Seal Scroll, reason i ask is cuz i need 1 badly.. .. , damm this sucks.. . when K2 will make this easy or better to be purchase the CSS ,
