is 72 skill for rogue bugged on USKO??

is the 72 skill quest bugged on USKO or is it just me?

i have all the items need but yet it wont let me turn it in...
ive seen couple orcs sin with it >.< Titens server btw

dunno if it works or not; I gave up on usko a while ago now.. the fun just isn't there when everyone's lvl 80-83 with +9 or better gear; when you could play an int priest in dcz with +6 plate and actually survive it was a lot more reasonable. Based on the clan chat in your screenie it looks like you're just selling out on usko anyway. just go play private servers, they generally dont have this issue.

/ontopic shot in the dark, but do you maybe need more than the quest asks for? as you likely know a lot of collection quests have been fucked up in the past in a similar way.
