what about the info bar? blocking chat is always purple.

as for the chat bar, koxpers have been known to tamper with the chat-codes and gain access to the GM color. There's a number-code for normal chat, shout, merchant, private, and GM.

I've never heard of that GM, they typically have unique names for their toons.

And I thought GM's had purple text in PM's too?

there are many programs that offer the option to shout/normal/merch/gm chat. it's all generally labelled "koxp"
