    The one I had on girakon stopped attacks for 2 seconds or something, it was really nice.

    Not sure of the other

    adament blocks attacks from melee for a period of time
    blessing blocks attacks from elemental for a period of time

    adamant blocks all attack from melee for 5 seconds, but disables you from using pots. blessing does the same but for magic attacks.

    blessing ia much better at +6, because if you have +7 and blessing goes off, you cant pot or heal but melee can still attack.

    unless they changed gabs blessing, you could still pot after the shield activate

    u can pot on both effects
