or if people want real customer support. been 2 weeks since my titan account was hacked 3 days after i made it and i wrote something as simple as " i would like to recover my account" and then gave the id of it. no reply yet on the steps or any thing its fucking ridiculous

If you want them to do anything you must start working it from scratch. First you make a poll asking do they want to have a poll about active gms. A fortnight later you make the another poll about the actual issue. And well for the rest of your time in KO you'll be disappointed how bad that worked out.
